WHAT TO EXPECT
We’re a diverse hands-on team creating officially licensed merch with care. Unlike mass retailers, many of our products are made to order and packed by real people in our facility. That means turnaround can take a little longer, but it also means more attention to quality, better support for developers, and merch made with intention.
Shipping
Each order is reviewed before it ships, including address and fraud verification. If you need to update your shipping address, you have 1 business day to send us the update via Support. Once processing is complete, you’ll receive your confirmation and tracking details. Made-For-You items typically have a 4-7 business day production time. Orders may experience extended production times depending on order volume, color, sizing, and/or fit.
Yes, changes can be made if the order hasn’t completed processing. Contact Support to make changes on your order.
Yes, international shipping is available. Delivery times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more information.
Yes. RobaRoba provides comprehensive security through fraud analysis tools, automatic SSL certificates, 3D Secure checkouts, and built-in PCI DSS compliance to safely accept payments.
returns & refund
Many of RobaRoba products are made to order (Made-For-You) items. Made-For-You products are custom made for your order. Please be mindful when picking shirt sizes, designs, and available color options.
If there are any issues with a Made-For-You product regarding quality, please contact us within 14 days of order delivery confirmation - including photos of any damages.
Once an order begins to process, we are unable to cancel or exchange the order. Please learn more about our returns processes on our Returns and Exchanges page.
Refunds are typically processed and will be reflected in your account within 3-10 business days. If you do not see your refund after that time frame, please reach via Customer Support.
