Return and Refund Policy

Requesting a Return or Exchange

We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to request a return or exchange for all or part of your shipment, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of the order delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned to our office in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. Return shipping is not provided, and the customer is responsible for safely returning the products, including any customs or processing fees that may apply. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we are unable to issue credit for orders that are lost or damaged during return transit.

For faster service and better product availability, exchanges are handled as a return and refund. Please place a new order online for the replacement product you would like. Stock is not held for incoming returns.


Requesting an Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be sent to our Customer Care team as soon as possible at WeLoveYou@robaroba.gg

Once tracking has been assigned to an order, the parcel has already been packed for shipment and is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Our Customer Care team gives cancellation requests high priority, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order ships before the request is processed. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return once the parcel has been delivered by contacting our Customer Care team.

Once an order has been packed, the shipping cost is no longer refundable.


Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products and cancelled orders.

This fee helps cover the processing and support costs associated with handling returns and cancellations. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Products

Made-For-You Products

Made-For-You products are created at the time of order.

Once an order with a Made-For-You product begins processing, we are unable to cancel or exchange that product. Please take care when choosing shirt sizes, designs, and available color options.

Selecting the wrong size or design, returning a gift, or deciding the product is no longer wanted are not eligible reasons for a refund once processing has started.


Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase, not when orders begin to ship.

Any order containing both pre-order products and currently available products will be placed on hold until all merchandise is available for shipment.

Requests to split a shipment or remove a pre-order product from a pending shipment are not eligible.

Once a pre-order window has closed, the product sale is final and will not be cancelled or altered.

Requests for cancellation or refund of pre-orders must be submitted within 150 days of placing the order. Shipping address adjustments may still be accommodated beyond this timeframe.


Digital Downloads and Codes

Products that include digital files are no longer refundable once the key or download has been sent, regardless of whether the digital content has been accessed.

Key sales are for personal use only. Resale of keys is strictly prohibited.

Breaking purchase limits or selling keys through a third party is grounds for order cancellation and account termination.


Final Sale and Retired Products

Products sold as promotional final sale or as-is products are not eligible for return or exchange once the order has been packed for shipment.

Merchandise that has been retired or removed from the store will be considered final sale.


Promotional Purchases

Products purchased before or after a promotional period are not eligible for promotional price matching.

Shipping and taxes do not count toward coupons or deals that require a spending threshold.

Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or sale products unless otherwise noted.


Damages and Order Errors

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect so our Customer Care team can review the issue and help make it right.

Damaged orders must be reported within 15 days of order delivery.

Please retain all packaging and contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage

Incorrect products must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Minor Product Variations

Some small variations may occur during production, packaging, or shipping. The following are considered minor conditions and do not qualify as damage:

  • Slight variations in material colors compared to advertised mock-ups
  • Small chips, discoloration, or ink build-up on prints or figures
  • Minor dents, creases, or worn edges on packaging, sleeves, paper inserts, or manuals
  • Small holes or rips in exterior plastic shrink wrap used for shipping protection
  • Tiny spots of color, stray threads, light dust, residue, or a slight chemical smell on apparel as part of the printing process

For apparel, washing the product and carefully trimming any extra loose threads should resolve most minor production residue or finishing details.

RobaRoba reserves the right to change or modify policy information at any time without prior notice.

RobaRoba reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account and cancel any current or future purchases without explanation.

Examples of grounds for account removal or order cancellation include:

  • Abuse of chargebacks or PayPal disputes. Please contact our support team for assistance and follow our public policies.
  • Breaking our Shipping and Return policies
  • Consistent issues with order delivery
  • Orders flagged for possible fraud
  • Violations of our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service
  • Threats of any kind, whether verbal, physical, or written, toward any customer, partner, client, employee, or other RobaRoba-affiliated party
