RobaRoba reserves the right to change or modify policy information at any time without prior notice.

RobaRoba reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account and cancel any current or future purchases if a customer account participates or exhibits the following:

  • Abuse of chargebacks or PayPal disputes. Please write our support team for assistance and abide by our public policies.

  • Breaking Shipping and Return policies.

  • Consistent issues with order delivery.

  • Orders flagged for possible fraud.

  • Violations of our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.

  • Threats of any kind, whether verbal, physical, or written, toward any customer, partner, client, employee, or other RobaRoba party.

If we made a mistake on your order - we're really sorry! Please contact us (WeLoveYou@robaroba.gg) within 14 days of delivery and we'll take great care of you.

If you made a mistake when placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can fix the error before your shipment begins processing.

Once an order is placed, additional orders cannot be combined with previous orders.

Missing or lost orders must be reported within:

  • 20 days of shipment for U.S. customers
  • 40 days of shipment for international customers

Damaged orders must be reported within 14 days of order delivery.


Please retain all packaging and contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage

Coupons or discount codes can be applied during checkout.

Discounts cannot be applied to past orders.

Shipping and tax charges do not count toward coupons or deals that require a spending threshold.

Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or sale items.

We honor store sale prices on purchases made 48 hours prior to the offer launch, as long as the discount is claimed while the sale is live.

Preorders are charged at the time of purchase, not when orders begin to ship.

Any order containing both preorder and available (e.g. "in-stock" or Made-For-You) items will be placed on hold until all merchandise is available for shipment.

Once the preorder window has closed, the item sale is final and will not be cancelled or altered.

Delivery times associated with preorders are based on our best estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Any products that include digital files are no longer refundable once the key or download is sent, regardless of whether the digital content has been accessed or redeemed.

This includes both digital-only products and digital product codes that come with physical items.

RobaRoba is based out of Ocoee, Florida in the United States.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday and shipped using USPS and FedEx.

Most orders are processed Monday–Friday before they are packed and shipped.

Typical total processing times are:

  • Made-For-You products: 8–12 business days
  • Other products: 3–5 business days

New releases, holidays, and high-volume periods may add extra time. If we experience a major delay, we’ll post an update so customers know what to expect.

Delivery dates shown by RobaRoba or the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping time begins after your order has been processed, packed, and handed off to the carrier.

Because delivery estimates can vary by carrier, location, weather, and seasonal volume, we do not provide shipping reimbursements for orders that arrive after an estimated delivery window.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using the best available rates from our logistics partners. Pricing is based on order weight, package size, and delivery address.

Every shipping option includes tracking for U.S. orders and most international destinations. Tracking will be sent by email once your order has been processed and packed for shipment.

If you cannot find your order confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us through our support form and include the name used on the order.

At this time, we do not offer next-day or expedited shipping.

Missing or lost orders must be reported within:

  • 15 days of shipment for U.S. customers
  • 30 days of shipment for international customers

To help prevent lost orders, please make sure your phone number and email are active, your address is correctly formatted, and any apartment or unit numbers are included when ordering.

If your order encounters an error during shipping and arrives back at our office, we will contact you by email to arrange a reshipment.

Any returns caused by customer error will require additional shipping costs before reshipment.

If an order is lost in transit, a one-time replacement of the order will be offered per customer. If an order is lost again, this indicates an issue with the address or the local post office, and we will not replace the order a second time.

Orders missing in transit must be reported within 30 days of your order’s shipment date so RobaRoba can submit a missing mail search with our shipping partners on your behalf.

RobaRoba is not responsible for missing parcels reported after the 30-day timeframe.

We will not replace or refund orders that are lost or undelivered due to an incorrectly entered address or are reported after the 30-day shipment window.

Postal carriers are likely to leave the package on your doorstep without signature. We recommend monitoring tracking to collect parcels once delivered or having your order sent to a P.O. Box.

RobaRoba is not responsible for packages after they have been marked successfully delivered.

Any evidence of stolen property should be reported to your local authorities.

Domestic shipping applies to customers living in the United States, U.S. territories, or U.S. military bases.

Orders within the U.S. are supported by our partners at USPS and FedEx.

Transit times vary depending on carrier, delivery location, and shipment class, but generally arrive within 2–8 business days once shipped.

Orders outside of the U.S. are supported by our partners at FedEx and their chosen third-party final-mile carriers, depending on the country and region.

All international orders are sent without duties coverage. International customers may be subject to customs duties or fees, which we have no control over. (We are working on including duties/taxes included at the time of purchase.)

If you are having trouble seeing tracking information, such as the tracking link indicating that the tracking number is not in the system, turn off any ad blockers, clear cookies, and refresh.

We collect email and phone numbers and provide this information to the postal carrier in case they need to contact you for any reason.

In many cases, the local post or customs office may not leave a notice that a parcel is being held for pickup. Please monitor your tracking number and contact the local carrier if your package has not been delivered or is being held.

Orders not collected will be marked unclaimed and RobaRoba will be unable to provide refunds.

We are unable to provide service in the following regions at this time due to consistent failed deliveries caused by the local post office or customs office, exorbitant tax fees for import, or active restrictions or sanctions by a government entity:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brazil, Brunei, Chile, Cuba, Iran, Timor, Laos, Mexico, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen.

If a coupon or sale offers free shipping, the selected shipping option will default to the most cost-effective service.

Domestic U.S. customers can expect USPS First Class, USPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery.

International customers will be sent either USPS First Class International or APC DDU.

VAT is not covered. The recipient is responsible for any additional fees.

Packages are imported by the consignee/buyer.

The consignee grants RobaRoba the right to import goods on their behalf.

The consignee/buyer agrees that RobaRoba has the right to pass to a subcontractor the obligation of importing goods on their behalf.

Taxes and duties are paid by the consignee alongside the purchase price of products for DDP shipments.

Damaged orders must be reported within 14 days of order delivery.

Many RobaRoba products are Made-For-You (traditionally known as "made-to-order" or "print-on-demand").

This means each Made-For-You product is custom made for you.

Once a Made-For-You product begins processing, we are unable to cancel or exchange the order.

Please be mindful when choosing shirt sizes, designs, and available color options.

If you made a mistake when ordering, contact us as soon as possible so we can fix the error before your order begins processing.

A refund or exchange of a Made-For-You product will not be available once your product has started processing, including but not limited to:

  • Selecting the wrong shirt size or design
  • Returning a gift
  • Cancelling after the order has started processing

If there are quality issues with a received Made-For-You order, please contact us within 14 days of order delivery and include photos of any damage.

Orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a replacement shirt of the same size and style will be offered as a one-time courtesy per customer.

RobaRoba seeks to deliver customers the best in quality across all offered merchandise.

We actively look out for products that fall short of our standards. However, since many of our products are Made-For-You or handmade, minor variances may occur.

These may include:

  • Stray hanging threads off the edge of apparel. These can be snipped off with scissors with no harm done. If the thread is attached on both ends in the main stitch work or seam of the shirt, that is called a "pull" and should not be cut.

  • Translucent discoloration or residue on apparel. This is likely fabric treatment left over from the printing process.

  • Build-up or spacing of ink on printed shirt seams.

  • Minor variations in base apparel color from the product image(s) due to market availability.

Because many RobaRoba products are made to order, each item is created specifically for the person who purchased it. For that reason, Made-For-You products are generally final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact RobaRoba Support so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or additional support.

If a return or exchange is approved, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by a RobaRoba error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, since we are unable to process returns that are lost or damaged on the way back to us.

Once an order has been packed and tracking has been assigned, we can no longer make changes to the order. Shipping charges and taxes are also no longer refundable at that stage.

Approved refunds are issued for the eligible item cost only. Original shipping, return shipping, and taxes are not refundable.

At RobaRoba, we create each custom apparel piece specifically for you at the time of order.

Part of this process requires using a fabric treatment for applying graphics to the garment. This translucent solution may be visible on the fabric until the apparel is washed for the first time.

Follow the instructions provided with each product before use to help ensure maximum lifespan by reducing image fading and cracking.

For RobaRoba apparel, including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, pants, and similar items:

  • Do not dry clean apparel.
  • Turn the apparel inside out.
  • Wash with cold water on a gentle cycle.
  • Light detergent is fine, but do not use bleach or fabric softener.
  • Tumble dry on low or no heat. For best results, line dry.
  • We do not suggest ironing, but if you do, always iron inside out and not directly on any graphics.
  • Hand your new favorite shirt down for generations to come and enjoy.

Desk mats and mouse pads may be hand washed in the sink with water and a gentle soap. You may also place mats and pads in the washing machine on the gentle cycle. Do not place mats or pads in the dryer. Allow to air dry.

Metal posters can be sprayed with household glass cleaner and wiped with a paper towel.

Knitted products should be washed in cold water. While knitted products can be dryed on the "no-heat" setting on your dryer, we recommend air drying.
