For shipping support, please contact us within 20 days of your order's shipment date (40 for international customers).
RobaRoba is based out of Orlando, Florida in the United States.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped utilizing USPS, FedEx, or APC Postal Logistics.
Order processing time, time it takes us to create and package your order, is normally 8-12 days for made to order apparel or 3-5 days for other items. New releases and holidays may cause delays. We will make public notice whenever there are major delays.
Delivery dates offered by RobaRoba and the delivery service are estimates and are not guaranteed. We do not offer shipping reimbursement for orders that arrive after the estimated delivery period. Shipping time does not include order processing time.
Shipping prices are calculated during checkout at the best rates offered by our logistics partners (based on order weight, parcel size, and address location).
Each shipping option we offer comes with door-to-door tracking for orders in the US and most international countries.
Tracking is sent via Email once an order has been processed and packaged for shipping.
If the order confirmation or tracking email are not found, please check your spam folders. If they are still missing, please contact our support form with the addressed name for your order.
We do not offer next day or expedited shipping options.
Once an order is created, subsequent orders can not be merged into a single shipment.
To help prevent lost orders, ensure your phone/email are active, address is correctly formatted, and any apartment/unit numbers are included upon ordering.
If your order encounters an error during shipping and arrives back to our office, we will contact you via Email to arrange a reshipment. Any returns due to customer error will require additional shipping costs prior to reshipment.
If an order is lost in transit, a one time replacement of the order will be offered per customer. If an order is lost again, this indicates an issue with the address or the local postal service and we will not replace the order a second time.
Orders missing in transit must be reported within 20 days of your order's shipment date (40 for international customers) so RobaRoba can submit a missing mail search with our shipping partners on your behalf. RobaRoba is not responsible for missing parcels reported after the 20 (40) day time frame.
We will not replace or refund orders that are lost or undelivered due to an incorrectly entered address.
Postal carriers are likely to leave the package on your doorstep without signature. We recommend monitoring tracking to collect parcels once delivered or have your order sent to a P.O. Box. RobaRoba is not responsible for packages after they have been marked successfully delivered. Any evidence of stolen property should be reported to your local authorities.
We cannot mark orders as a gifts or alter the value of an order.
Customers in the State of Florida will be taxed according to their county.
Customers outside the United States may be required to pay customs duties and/or import fees, called value add tax (VAT). Please reach out to your local customs or local post office for information on your country's tax laws and postal policies for claiming a parcel from customs.
Customers living in the United States, U.S. territories, or U.S. military bases.
USPS First Class Package is our most common and cheapest mail option for U.S. customers. Normally 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail is for lager orders or shipments that need to arrive a little faster than first class. About 2-3 business days.
We ship to nearly every country/territory in the world. If your region is not serviced, please contact us. We will do out best to reach you!
2/7/2022: Russia is currently a no ship region due to consistent failed deliveries caused by the local post / customs office not scanning parcels or notifying customers of a necessary pickup before abandoning the order.
Estimated shipping time for international orders is 2-6 weeks.
All international address information must be entered using the Latin Alphabet (English). International characters will cause an order to be placed on hold till our support team reaches out to the customer for translation.
APC Duties Unpaid (DDU) does not include any VAT or duty coverage.
Your country's customs office or local postal service may flag the order for VAT, duties, and handling fees.
Orders flagged may be held in customs awaiting payment before delivery or pickup. The recipient is responsible for any additional fees. Any orders not claimed will be abandoned at customs and outside our ability to support.
APC Duties Paid (DDP) includes VAT or duty coverage as a part of the checkout cost. We highly recommend this option to help orders transition through customs smoothly with limited holds. Please pay attention to tracking information, the recipient may still be required to collect a parcel from a local postal office. Any orders not claimed will be abandoned at customs and outside our ability to support.
International orders are sent in bulk once a week to APC Postal Logistics for handling of export/import documentation. Though international tracking information is sent by email once an order is packaged, the parcel may take up to 10 business days to arrive and be processed by APC. Tracking will update when the order is scanned by APC, exported from the USA, and then is received by your local mail service.
APC will issue a local tracking number once a parcel is processed for export.
If you are having trouble seeing tracking information (i.e. page saying the number is not in the system) turn off any ad blockers, clear cookies, and refresh.
We collect emails / phone numbers and provide this information to the postal carrier in case they need to contact you for any reason. In many cases, the local post or customs office may not leave a notice that a parcel is being held for pickup. Please monitor your tracking number and contact the local carrier if your package hasn't been delivered or is being held. Orders not collected will be marked unclaimed.
International orders that go unclaimed are often deemed return to sender (RTS) by the local postal service. RTS orders do not return to RobaRoba and are abandoned at customs due to the high cost of reimport shipping/taxes. We can not assist in refunds or reshipments for orders that go unclaimed. Please monitor your tracking and contact the local postal carrier if your package hasn't been delivered or is being held.
TAX ID is required for Chile and Brazil shipments sending APD DDP. International DDP orders to these countries that do not include this information in the address will be placed on hold till support emails for the ID. If the ID is not provided within the given time from email date, the order will be sent DDU instead.
If a coupon or sale offers free shipping, the utilized optional will default to the most cost effective service.
Domestic U.S. customers can expect USPS First Class, USPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.
International customers will be sent either USPS First Class International or APC DDU. VAT is not covered, the recipient is responsible for any additional fees.
Prepaid Customs Legal Notice
Packages are imported by the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee grants RobaRoba to import the goods on their behalf. The consignee/ebuyer agrees that RobaRoba has the right to pass to a subcontract the obligation of importing goods on their behalf. Taxes & duties are paid by the consignee alongside the purchase price of products [for DDP shipments].
Made To Order Policy
The majority of RobaRoba products are Made to Order (MTO) items. This means each MTO product is custom made for you. Once a MTO begins to process, we are unable to cancel or exchange the order. Please be mindful when picking shirt sizes, designs, and available color options.
If you made a mistake upon ordering, contact us ASAP so we can fix any error prior to processing your shipment.
MTO products are final sale when processing begins. A refund or exchange of the MTO item will not be available. This includes but is not limited to:
Selecting the wrong shirt size or design (please reference our sizing charts before ordering).
Wanting to return a gift.
Deciding to cancel after the order has started processing.
If there are an issues with a received MTO order regarding quality, please contact us within 14 days of order delivery including photos of any damages. Orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a replacement shirt of the same size and style will be offered as a one time courtesy per customer.
RobaRoba seeks to deliver customers the best in quality across all offered merchandise. We are actively looking out for products that fall short of our standards. However, since most of our products are MTO or handmade, there are minor variances that may occur:
Stray hanging threads off the edge of apparel. These can be snipped off with some scissors with no harm done. If the the thread is attached on both ends in the main stitch work or seem of the shirt, that is called a pull and they should not be cut.
Translucent discoloration or residue on apparel. This is likely the fabric treatment leftover from the printing process. See our Care tab for easy washing tips.
Build up or spacing of ink on printed shirt seams.
Minor variations in shirt color from the product example due to shirt market availability.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
Made to Order Items are final sale and are not open to return or exchange.
Any returns or exchanges must be approved by RobaRoba support on a case-by-case basis. Delivered merchandise that is returned without approval will be abandoned and not supported.
Any orders shipped back as a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid labels for returns. You may ship a return/exchange through the carrier of your choice, though we suggest utilizing one with tracking. RobaRoba is not responsible for any orders lost or damaged during return transit.
Once tracking is assigned for an order, the parcel has been packed. Order adjustment is no longer available. Shipping and taxes can no longer be refunded.
We can only provide refunds on the cost of items returned. No refund on shipping, return shipping, or taxes.
Any items that include digital files are no longer refundable once the key or download is sent, regardless of the digital content being accessed or not. This includes both digital only items and orders that come with physical items.
Wash Before You Wear
At RobaRoba, we create each custom apparel piece specifically for you at the time of order. Part of this process requires using a fabric treatment for applying graphics to the garment. This translucent solution may be visible on the fabric until the apparel is washed for the first time. Follow the instructions provided with each product before use to help ensure maximum lifespan by reducing image fading and cracking.
A general list of care instructions for RobaRoba apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Pants, Etc.):
Do not dry clean apparel.
Turn the apparel inside out.
Wash with cold water on a gentle cycle.
Light detergent is fine but no bleach or fabric softener.
Tumble dry on lowheat or better yet, line dry for best results.
We do not suggest ironing but always do so inside out and not directly onto any graphics.
