30-Day Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at RobaRoba! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. Returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unopened in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached, and any digital download codes must not be revealed. Personalized, customized, and made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Certain items such as perishable goods or downloadable software may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please bring the item(s) along with the original purchase receipt to our store. Our staff will assess the condition of the item(s) and process the return according to this policy. Proof of purchase, either the email or physical receipt, must be presented at the time of return in order to be accepted.

3. Inspection and Processing
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds may take 3 - 10 business days to reflect on bank or card holder statements. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

4. Refund Amount
The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes, excluding shipping and handling charges. If the item(s) were purchased with a promotional discount or coupon, the refund will reflect the discounted amount.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please visit us in store or contact our customer service team within the 30 day return period for further assistance. Items with noticeable signs of wear or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for return.

6. Returns After 30 Days
Due to the nature of how RobaRoba financially supports our developer and publisher partners on a monthly basis, we are unable to offer any form of return after 30 days from the date of purchase. No refund, store credit, or exchange will be granted.

7. Excahnge
Excahnge is not an available option at this time.

8. Store Credit
Store credit is not an available option at this time.

9. Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as "final sale" and are not eligible for return. All consumables purchased in store, such as snacks and drinks, are final sale.

10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify or amend this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here on our website.
