Shipping Delay Notice (Update 1/5/26)
Update 1/5/26: Our shipping team is back from the holiday break, and order processing is fully underway. If you need to request an address or order change, please email our support team as soon as possible so we can assist. We are actively working through support tickets and pending shipments and aim to return to our normal processing timeline by mid-February. We hope you had a peaceful holiday season and a wonderful start to the new year!
Update 12/18: Orders placed after December 1st are beginning to process and will continue shipping through December 23rd. Our shipping and store support teams will be taking a short holiday break from December 24th through January 1st, with order processing resuming once we return refreshed and ready to help. Tracking details will be shared by email as soon as your order has been packed for shipment. Thanks again your continued patience and support!
Original Holiday Message: To ensure your shipment arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by December 1st (Cyber Monday). Orders placed after December 1st may not process in time to meet our shipping partners’ holiday deadlines. If your order contains a pre-order item that would release after the deadline, the shipment will likely not process till after Christmas.
Due to high order volumes during the holiday season, please anticipate longer than our typical 3–4 business days processing time. Any orders containing Made-to-Order (MTO) items will take up to 2 weeks or more for processing to finalize.
Please keep in mind that all MTO knitted blankets and sweaters have an earlier cutoff date of November 20th as these are manufactured and shipped by an international partner. We appreciate your understanding and encourage early shopping to help ensure your gifts arrive on time.
